Payment

  • Payment can be made as follows:
    • USA Orders – payment can be made by bank wire transfer or credit card (limits may apply).
    • Export Orders – payment by bank wire transfer only.
    • All Orders – Payment must be made in full before your order is released for shipping.

How to Order

Return Policy

  • All sales are final for used clothing. Because of the nature of the products, there are no guarantees implied or otherwise. There is an approximate 8% occurrence of human error.
  • No returns, refunds, credit, or exchanges. The only exception is if we send the wrong order. In that case, we will correct the situation at our expense.

  • Substitutions
    • Due to delivery problems and product availability, substitutions may be made in model numbers or sizes for Rhino Boots.
